Nobody is on court this week. So instead of pretending otherwise, here is what the last twelve months of padel actually looked like — counted off our own results pages, not remembered.

The fixture that would not go away

The one that would not end

Libaak/Bautista and Pascual/Lamperti played 39 games before anyone could go home: 6-7 7-6 6-7. Spare a thought for whoever had the court booked after them.

And the one that ended early

Alonso/Jensen handed Perez/Borrero a 6-0 6-0. Twelve games in the year's shortest working afternoon.

The pair who never sat down

Galan/Chingotto played 99 matches. They lost 9 times all year. Everyone else spent the season playing for second.
