How the order works

Not by the percentage in the table. Ten from ten is 100% and would sit above everyone with a season behind them, so the ranking uses the lower bound of the interval around each record — what the sample actually supports. A long record at 85% outranks a short one at 100%, which is the honest way round. Entry takes 10 settled picks.
