How Padel Betting Works: Markets, Odds and Where to Bet

5 August 2026

A plain-English guide to padel betting — the main markets, how padel odds work, and which bookmakers price the sport.

Padel is the fastest-growing racket sport in the world, and betting on it is growing with it. If you already bet on tennis, padel will feel familiar — but there are a few differences worth knowing before you place a bet.

Padel is a doubles sport

Almost all professional padel is played in pairs — two players a side. So a padel bet is a bet on a pair, not an individual. Matches are usually best of three sets, and many events use the golden point (a single deciding point at deuce), which makes tight games swingier and live betting more exciting.

The main betting markets

  • Match winner (moneyline): the simplest bet — which pair wins the match. This is the market we surface in our odds comparison.
  • Set betting / correct score: predict the exact sets scoreline (e.g. 2–0 or 2–1).
  • Handicaps: a games handicap levels a mismatch (e.g. −3.5 games on the favourite).
  • Totals (over/under): the total number of games in the match.
  • Live / in-play: odds that move point by point once the match is underway.

How padel odds work

Padel odds are shown in decimal format across Europe. An odds price of 1.80 means a €10 winning bet returns €18 (your €10 stake plus €8 profit). The lower the number, the bigger the favourite. Because padel markets are still thinner than football or tennis, prices for the same match can differ noticeably between bookmakers — which is exactly why comparing them pays.

Where to bet on padel

Not every bookmaker prices padel. Spanish-facing books tend to have the deepest coverage (padel is a Spanish sport at heart), alongside a handful of global operators. We track which sites actually price padel on our bookmakers page and show their live prices side by side so you can take the best available number.

Always shop the price. On a 2.00 shot, taking 2.10 instead is a 5% better payout for the exact same bet. Over a season, that edge adds up.
